The power of loving touch

Tonight I asked my boy (12) to give me a foot massage. I have not trained him, not explained about pressure points. He has had fair few massages from me. He did apply the correct pressure on the correct places without my guidance. While he was stroking, pulling, twisting and pressing, he was talking to my foot as if it was a person. Talking with so much love and care "You like that? Is this where the bad energy is? I know this is good for you!" And so on... 😁with so much feeling ❤. He was even blowing on his hands, saying "This is how I get rid of the negative energy, it is similar to you, Mummy, but different." He ended it with a kiss 💋. It was one of my BEST foot massages I've had! What amazed me - my muscle ache had gone!! I did a workout the other day and my leg muscles were extremely sore. After his loving touch I could move pain-free 🥰😍🙏🏻this is how powerful the touch with love is!
