Love is in the air... Everywhere I look around

Beauty surrounds us. Love surrounds us. Light surrounds us.

Lately I'm actively seeking the healing power of nature, as I am injured.

I avoid the use of anti-inflammatories. I believe that our bodies are built to self repair given the chance. Often we jump in and interrupt the healing actions, and in the process we additionally damage our bodies.

Love is an enabler to healing. Love is everywhere! We are love! I open my heart and I allow love to flow freely in and out me.

I hope very soon to be pain-free again.
